Cydney Shapleigh Johnson

Cydney has more than 21 years in the financial services industry and joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2007. Cydney has been managing money for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations for the last 19 years. She obtained her degree in Business Administration from Southern NH University and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Personal Trust Program at Boston College and obtained her CTFA (Certified Trust  Financial Advisor) designation in 2011. Cydney is chairperson of the Town of Alton’s Board of Selectmen. She is also a member of NH Banker’s Association Trust Board and the NH Estate Planning Council.

 

Charles P. Mathews, CFA

Charlie joins the Bank of New Hampshire team with more than 24 years of investment management experience. Charlie is responsible for managing portfolios of high net worth individuals and institutions. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Charlie is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA and holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. A proud member of the NH community, Charlie is a Past President of the Hopkinton Rotary Club and has been active with other non-profit organizations. 









Frank H. Anderson

Frank has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He is responsible for delivering banking, financial planning and investment management solutions to families, municipalities, institutions and not-for-profit organizations throughout New Hampshire. Frank is a native of Nashua and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Amherst College. He currently serves as Chairman of the City of Nashua Public Works Retirement System. In addition, he is a Past President of the Nashua Exchange Club and was a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Greater Nashua.

 

 

Arlene C. Folsom, CTFA

Arlene has over 30 years of experience in the financial and trust services industry. She is a graduate of the ABA National Graduate School and obtained her CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor) designation in 2009. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce College, and she has frequently attended the annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. Arlene is a member of the NH Banker’s Association Trust Board and the NH Estate Planning Council. She is currently serving on the Audit and Finance Committee of Families in Transition. 

Robert Magan, CFA

Bob has 23 years of experience managing money for individuals, non-profits, charitable organizations and municipalities throughout New England. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Plymouth State University and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is active in the community and currently serves as President of Rise Again Outreach in Loudon.

Dona G. Murray

Dona has over 30 years’ experience in the financial and investment services industry. She graduated with Cum Laude honors from Occidental College with a double major in Economics. Prior to joining Bank of New Hampshire, Dona spent over 15 years with Wellington Management Company in Boston as a Vice President and provided investment counsel to private trusts. Dona volunteers throughout the community and serves as a Director on three Boards: Leadership Lakes Region, Lakes Region Community Services Foundation and Lakes Region Community Services, as well as sitting on their Finance Committee. 

 

Michael St. Onge, CIMA®

Michael brings more than 16 years of financial and investment management services experience to Bank of New Hampshire. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to joining Bank of New Hampshire, he was employed as a portfolio manager with TD Bank. Michael currently sits on the board of The New England Reds baseball organization and also serves as their treasurer. 

 

Kathleen Crane

Kathleen has over 28 years experience in the trust services business. She was part of the original team that established the Bank of New Hampshire Wealth Management Services Department in 1996. Showcasing strong work experience, Kathleen is primarily customer focused, servicing the day-to-day relationships of new and existing trust clients. Previously, her experience was in a supervisory capacity, responsible for the daily transactions of the department. Prior experience also includes Senior Technician for the Security Clearance Department. Kathleen has graduated from Cannon Trust School and also has completed several American Institute of Banking courses, such as "Principles of Banking" and "Consumer Lending" as well as courses for the Northern New England Center for Financial Training. Additionally, Kathleen sits on the board of the Lakes Region Santa Fund and the Gilman Home.

Therese C.D. Linden, CSOP

Therese has been in the banking and wealth management industries for over 35 years. Prior to joining Bank of New Hampshire in 2004, Therese held the position of Securities Operations Officer at Banknorth Wealth Management Group. Therese is currently responsible for overseeing the support staff and the daily processing of the transactions in the Wealth Management Department, which ensures smooth and careful management of clients’ assets. Therese holds an Associate of Science degree from Plymouth State University.   She is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Securities Operations program at the University of Notre Dame. She was also awarded the Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Therese is active in the community serving as a Supervisor of the Checklist for the Town of Ashland and treasurer of her church.

Dirk R.H. Richardson

Dirk has over 28 years experience in financial services and in the retirement plans industry. He is responsible for overseeing our ‘Roadways to  Retirement’ program offered through Wealth Management Services. Roadways to Retirement’ specializes in the management of employee based retirement plans for businesses, tax exempt and government organizations with a focus on investment management, employee education, and plan design. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Skidmore College where he concentrated in management and economics and has completed extensive programs on Employee Benefits Design and Funding at Bentley College and financial planning studies through Boston University. He holds a Series 7 security license and is an Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant. 

 

Ryan Carter

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. He later went on to complete post graduate work in Investment Banking at Harvard University where he has served as a guest lecturer on global finance. Ryan holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, and has obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation from the College for Financial Planning. He is an advocate for supporting local non-profit organizations and looks forward to getting involved in the greater seacoast communities.

Doug is responsible for both client management and developing new relationships within their ‘Roadways to Retirement’ program. ‘Roadways to Retirement’ specializes in the management of employee based retirement plans for corporate and institutional clients as well as nonprofit and government organizations. The program focuses on investment management, employee education and plan design. Doug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Administration from the     University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is an advocate for supporting local non-profit organizations and looks forward to getting involved in the greater Manchester communities.

Darren Howcroft

Darren has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and is a Senior Investment Consultant with BNH Financial Services. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and helps clients evaluate and understand the financial tools available such as mutual funds, stocks and bonds.  Services offered include portfolio design and allocation, IRA / 401k accumulation, rollover and distribution strategies along with fixed income solutions. Darren attended Plymouth State University and studied Applied Economics. He is located in our Concord Heights office and is also available by appointment at any regional office.

Thomas Galante

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His expertise has concentrated in identifying and managing risk and assisting clients with their estate plans. As a Financial Consultant, Tom uses his knowledge and experience to partner with individuals, families and businesses to manage portfolio risk while developing and monitoring financial plans in accordance with the client’s objectives and goals. Tom is a graduate of the University of Utah, where he earned a BS in Economics. He is active within his community supporting youth athletics throughout Southern NH and the Seacoast region in addition to supporting various local charitable organizations.

Anthony Ilacqua

Tony has more than 18 years experience in the financial services industry. He has served in several capacities. He is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute Trust School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Keene State College. As a Financial Service Representative he enjoys meeting with individuals, families and business to help Assess, Design, and Execute client solutions. Tony is active in the community as he serves on many nonprofit and municipal boards within in the community. He is located in the Lincoln market and is available for an appointment throughout the Northern region.
